AKC STAR Puppy Program
The AKC STAR Puppy program is designed to help puppies build strong foundations in training, socialization, and good manners. It focuses on basic obedience skills, confidence around people and dogs, and positive experiences in real-world settings.
Earning the STAR Puppy certificate shows that your dog has mastered essential life skills and is off to a great start behaviorally. The title can be registered with the AKC and becomes part of your dog’s official AKC title record, serving as a stepping stone toward advanced training and future titles like the Canine Good Citizen (CGC).
